Compare record details
Restoring replaces the entire active workspace, including drafts and transaction history. Changes made after this backup will leave the active workspace. New record numbers continue from the highest number already used.

Your current records are also retained in a server recovery checkpoint. Keep the downloaded file to restore them through this screen. Photos are not deleted.

At the card show
Open a new purchase, sale or trade. Add photos, the amount and a note, then tap Save Draft . You can finish the card details later.
Continue on your PC
Wait for Saved to your account on your phone. On your PC, sign in to the same account and use Load Latest . Open Drafts, choose Continue Entry, finish the details and post.
Offline drafts and sync
Sign in online once to prepare each device. Saved offline drafts and photos stay on that device until you reconnect and sync. They will not appear on another device yet. Posting needs an internet connection.
Save your open form before leaving. If a save is pending, keep the app installed and its data intact. Use Save Device Backup when available before troubleshooting.
Two devices changed the same records
Open Review Sync and compare both versions. The server version is the last accepted account save; it can come from any device. Export your pending changes before choosing Use Server Version. This replaces the pending version on this device.
Photos, backups and updates
Tap a saved photo to enlarge it. Use Backup & Restore to download a full account backup, including saved photos. Unsynced device changes need their own device backup. Keep these files private.
Load Latest refreshes account records. It does not install an Android app update. Save and sync before updating; do not uninstall an app that has unsynced drafts.
Sign-in and password reset
For the Android pilot, create your account or request a password reset on vendor-workspace-pilot.pages.dev in your browser, then sign in to the Android app. Use the newest email link in the browser that requested it.
If sign-in is waiting for another tab, save and close the other app windows in that browser, then reload. A separate phone can remain signed in.
Get help during the pilot
Tell the person who provided the app which screen you were using, what you expected and what happened. A public support address has not been set up yet. Never send your password or reset link.
The diagnostic file contains the app build and connection/save status only. It excludes your email, account ID, passwords, tokens, records, notes and photos. It is not a backup and is only shared when you choose to share it.
